Men's Group: Weights and Worship
This group exists to encourage men to grow in their walk with God and fitness goals. The focus of this group is to strengthen our mind, body, and spirit. All fitness levels are welcome to participate in light to moderate level workouts that may include circuit training, bodyweight exercises, weights, and boxing. We will close with discussing a topic the group chooses each month with biblical principles. Must be 18 or older to join. 1 Timothy 4:8 “For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.”
